To be named winner in the Romance category is more than I could have hoped for, especially as it has been judged by leading professionals in the literary world.

The novel is set in a fictitious Market Town by the sea where secrets have been well kept for many years, but when tragedy strikes the fall out uncovers the truth behind a series of long hidden Summerchester Secrets.

The reaction to Summerchester Secrets has been really positive so far, and the book has been purchased from as far afield as California and Australia, and winning this book award was the icing on the cake. I hope people enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
